What we do

Cleaning is step one. Restoration is the whole job.

A pressure wash makes a tired patio look better for a season. A restoration makes it look installed-yesterday for years — because the two things a wash can't fix are the joints and the surface itself. Washed-out joint sand is why the weeds and ant hills keep returning; an unsealed surface is why the grime comes back by next summer. We do all three stages in one visit: deep clean, polymeric re-sand, and seal. It's the highest-value work we do on any home, and it's the difference between maintaining a patio and actually restoring one.

Our process

Three stages. One visit. Years of patio.

1

Deep clean

Surface cleaner strips algae, moss, and embedded grime evenly — then the old, failing joint sand gets flushed out so the new sand has a clean seat.

2

Polymeric re-sand

Every joint re-packed with polymeric sand that hardens against rain. That's what keeps weeds, ants, and joint washout from coming back.

3

Seal

Your pick: natural-look protection or a wet-look color enhancer. Either way the surface sheds grime and holds its color for 2–3 years.

4

Walk-through

We walk the finished patio with you, note the cure times, and text you the care sheet. Furniture back in 48 hours.

Why restore instead of just wash

Fix the joints once, or wash the weeds every year.

Joints that stay put

Polymeric sand cures hard in the joint. Weeds can't root, ants can't tunnel, and rain can't wash it out — the three things that undo a plain cleaning.

Sealed against Ohio

Freeze-thaw, maple pollen, cookout grease — a sealed surface sheds what an open one absorbs. The clean you paid for actually lasts.

One honest walk-around

If your patio only needs the clean, we'll say so. The full restore is for patios whose joints have failed — and we'll show you the difference on site.

FAQ

Patio questions, answered.

What's included in a full patio restoration?

Three stages in one visit: a deep surface clean that strips algae, moss, and grime; polymeric re-sanding of every paver joint so weeds and ants can't move back in; and a penetrating sealer that locks in the color and slows re-soiling for 2–3 years.

Do I need the re-sand, or just a cleaning?

If your joints are washed out, growing weeds, or hosting ant hills, cleaning alone is temporary — the joints are the problem. We'll tell you honestly during the walk-around whether your patio needs the full restore or just the clean.

Does sealing change the look of the pavers?

You pick the finish. A natural-look penetrating sealer protects without changing appearance; a wet-look enhancer deepens the color like a rained-on patio. We show you a test spot before we commit the whole surface.

How long until we can use the patio again?

Foot traffic is fine 24 hours after sealing, furniture back at 48 hours. Cleaning-only jobs are same-day. We schedule around your cookouts, not the other way around.
